Producing and promoting newsletters

We have many years of experience producing newsletters that target customers, sales channels or end users.  This example, for Hill-Rom, was ambitious in scope and content and sought to bind purchasers and specifiers closer to the organisation with a regular mix of news, product previews, case studies and papers on topical medical issues.

Working to an editorial calendar, we developed an identity for the newsletter and commissioned designers to develop initial deigns and layouts. We identified and researched stories and drafted all the copy for the newsletter before a final version was supplied to the client for approval.

The need for versions in additional European languages meant that content had to be selected carefully, while the design of the newsletter itself had to allow for varying article lengths. The amount of content across the twelve pages meant it lent itself to repeated reading and passing between readers, so it was designed for longevity and printed on quality stock.
