We believe that corporate events play a vital part in strengthening relationships with prospects, customers, suppliers and internal audiences – and experience shows that these events should be considered very much part of an organisation’s overall ‘marketing mix’.

Over the last thirty years we have become expert in the organisation of special and corporate events. Importantly, this expertise lies in the creation of completely new events as well as the exceptional handling of more traditional programmes.

Regardless of the requirement, we don’t simply market packages for sporting or cultural events, but instead tailor every detail of an event to a client’s own specific needs.

Key to our capabilities are the strong relationships we have cultivated with organisations such as Henley Royal Regatta, Silverstone Circuit, Guards Polo Club and the Royal Horticultural Society – as well as unique and unusual venues in the UK and abroad.

These relationships allow us to offer clients unique facilities at established events that no “corporate hospitality” company can match. They also allow us to secure venues, services and facilities that simply aren’t available to most organisations; and help make our events unique and memorable.

Whether your requirement is for a sales incentive or a team meeting, a customer event or an office opening, we can help. Our experience includes company events for hundreds, to tickets and backstage access at a sold-out West End show for a couple of VIPs.

We manage an event from start to finish – sourcing and managing venues and suppliers, handling the invitation process, and ensuring things run smoothly in the day. Leaving you free to concentrate on building your relationships with your guests and so putting the event to best use.
